Marriage Proposals, Anniversaries & Private Events in Marrakech
A rooftop at dusk, a ring in your pocket, a photographer you never notice. Marrakech has a talent for moments like this. So do we.
See the OccasionsA City Made
for Celebration
Direct flights reach Marrakech from most European capitals in under four hours, and Casablanca connects the rest of the world in a single stop. Gathering your people here, ten guests or a hundred, is far simpler than most imagine.
Once everyone arrives, the city takes over. Rose-colored walls, riad courtyards hidden behind plain wooden doors, snow on the Atlas in winter and storks circling the Koutoubia at sunset. You bring the occasion. Marrakech brings the scenery.
Four Occasions
We Know by Heart
Marriage Proposals
You get one chance at this moment. We scout the terrace, time the light, brief the photographer and keep the secret. Your only job is the question.
Anniversaries
Ten years or forty, the evening should feel personal rather than staged. A quiet rooftop table, the dishes you loved on your first trip together, and nobody rushing dessert.
Bachelorette Weekends
A private hammam before lunch, the souks all afternoon, a rooftop that keeps serving after midnight. This city has been hosting farewells to single life for a very long time.
Corporate Events
Palace ballrooms for the gala, riad courtyards for smaller teams, and a ground crew that has handled logistics here for years. Delegates tend to stay an extra day. We take that as a compliment.
The Experiences
Couples Ask For
A few of the settings we return to again and again, because they work every single time.
Sunrise Balloon Flight
One of our favorite hot air balloon mornings: champagne on landing, and a saxophonist if you like your sunrises dramatic.
Private Helicopter Flight
The Atlas from above, then a toast once the rotors stop turning.
Dinner in the Selman Stables
A candlelit table among Arabian thoroughbreds. Yes, really.
Sunset in the Agafay
A table for two in the Agafay desert, set and ready before the light turns gold.
Atlas & Agafay Escape
A day that climbs into the Atlas mountains and ends beside a desert campfire.
Fez, for the Romantics
Two extra nights in the old imperial city, for couples who want the quieter Morocco too.
A City That
Seduces the Senses
Few places blend a thousand years of history with palace hotels this comfortably. The result is a backdrop that flatters every celebration, from a table for two to a gala for two hundred.
-
Easy to Reach Direct flights from London, Paris, Madrid and most European hubs. Guests flying long haul connect through Casablanca in one stop.
-
Venues Worth the Trip Palace hotels, luxury riads deep in the medina, desert camps forty minutes from town. The hard part is choosing between them.
-
Cars and Transfers Drivers who know every edge of the medina, with a fleet that runs from discreet sedans to vintage convertibles for the grand entrance.
-
Food That Earns Its Reputation Candlelit dinners for two or banquets for two hundred, prepared by kitchens that take both equally seriously.
“The best compliment we receive is when guests assume
the couple planned it all themselves.”
We live here. We know which rooftop catches the last light in November, which florist can work on short notice, and which driver to trust with a nervous groom. Tell us the occasion and the people involved. We will take care of everything in between.
Before You Ask Us
How much does a marriage proposal in Marrakech cost?
It depends entirely on the setting and the extras. A simple rooftop arrangement with flowers and a photographer costs far less than a full desert production with dinner, musicians and private transfers. Tell us your budget from the start and we will design around it, not above it.
When is the best season for a celebration in Marrakech?
October through April brings the kindest weather. Spring fills the gardens with roses, and winter puts snow on the Atlas behind your photographs. July and August work too, as long as the plan leans toward pools, hammams and evenings rather than midday outings.
Can you customize everything?
Yes. Every request starts from a blank page. The venue, the menu, the flowers, the music and the timing are all decided with you, never pulled from a fixed package.
Do you arrange photographers?
We work with a small circle of photographers who know how to stay invisible until the right moment. You will meet them beforehand, or never notice them at all, exactly as the plan requires.
Can you organize flowers?
Yes. Local florists we have worked with for years can dress an entire rooftop, fill a riad courtyard with roses, or prepare a single perfect bouquet, even on short notice.
Can you accommodate dietary preferences?
Of course. Vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten free and allergy specific menus are all arranged directly with the chefs before the event, so nothing needs explaining at the table.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for most private dinners and proposals. Larger events and peak dates around New Year and the spring holidays are better secured two to three months ahead. If your date is closer than that, ask anyway. We have pulled off beautiful things in a week.
