Booking Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every journey, tour and experience arranged by Morocco Travel Leaders. Please read them before confirming your booking.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
01About these terms
In these terms, “we” and “us” refer to Morocco Travel Leaders, and “you” refers to the person who makes the booking (the lead traveller), who accepts these terms on behalf of every traveller in the party. By confirming a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, together with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
02Our services
We design private, made-to-measure journeys in Morocco and arrange the services that make them up: accommodation, private transport with a driver, guides, activities and excursions, hot-air balloon flights, private aviation, dining and special occasions. These services are provided by independent partners that we select with care.
The itineraries shown on the Website are examples. Each journey is adapted to your dates, your group and your wishes, and its exact content is set out in your written proposal.
03How to book
- You send us your request through the Website, by email or on WhatsApp.
- We send you a written proposal describing the itinerary, the services included, the price and the period during which the proposal is valid.
- You accept the proposal in writing and pay the deposit stated in it.
- We send you a written booking confirmation. Your journey is reserved from that moment.
Until we have sent the booking confirmation, no service is reserved and availability cannot be guaranteed.
04Prices
Prices are those stated in your proposal. They depend on the number of travellers, the travel dates and the services chosen. The proposal lists what is included, and anything not listed is not included. Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include international flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, drinks outside the meals mentioned, or gratuities.
Once your booking is confirmed, the price does not change, unless you modify your booking or new taxes or official charges are introduced by the authorities after confirmation. In that case, we inform you in writing before any amount is due.
05Payment
The amount of the deposit, the balance and their due dates are set out in your proposal and booking confirmation. We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Western Union;
- MoneyGram;
- cash.
Payments can be made in Moroccan dirhams or in any foreign currency accepted for exchange in Morocco. Amounts paid in another currency are converted at the exchange rate applicable on the day of payment. Transfer fees are paid by the sender.
After each transfer, please send us the transfer reference (MTCN) and the sender’s name by email or WhatsApp. We confirm every payment received in writing, and every cash payment is acknowledged with a written receipt.
If the balance is not received by its due date, we may consider the booking cancelled by you, and the cancellation conditions will apply.
For your security, we only request payments through the contact details shown on this Website: contact@moroccotravelleaders.com and +212 671 969 099. If you receive a payment request from any other number or address, please contact us before sending money.
06Changes requested by you
If you wish to change your journey after confirmation, let us know in writing as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Any additional cost charged by our partners, and any difference in price, is passed on to you. A change of dates or a major change requested shortly before departure may be treated as a cancellation followed by a new booking.
07Changes made by us
We plan every journey carefully, but circumstances beyond our control sometimes require adjustments. In that case, we may replace a hotel, an activity or a route with an alternative of equivalent standard, and we inform you as soon as possible. Hot-air balloon flights, desert activities and some excursions depend on the weather and may be postponed or cancelled by the operator for safety reasons.
If we have to cancel your journey for reasons other than force majeure, you can choose between an alternative journey and a full refund of the amounts you have paid to us.
08Your responsibilities
- Holding a passport valid for your whole stay and any visa required for your nationality. We recommend that your passport remains valid for at least six months after your return.
- Giving us accurate information about every traveller, including any health condition, reduced mobility or dietary requirement that may affect the journey.
- Respecting Moroccan law and local customs, and following the safety instructions of drivers, guides and activity operators.
- Being on time for departures and appointments. Services missed because of a delay on your side cannot be refunded.
Some activities, such as hot-air balloon flights, quad biking, camel or horse riding and private flights, have age, weight or health conditions set by the operator. The operator may ask you to sign its own participation form, and may refuse participation if its safety conditions are not met.
09Travel insurance
We strongly recommend that every traveller takes out travel insurance covering cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation and loss of luggage, from the day of booking until the end of the journey.
10Our responsibility
We are responsible for arranging, with care, the services described in your booking confirmation. Each partner remains responsible for the service it provides, under its own terms and the applicable law.
We are not responsible for:
- events beyond our control (see Force majeure below);
- the actions of travellers, or of third parties not involved in providing the booked services;
- delays or cancellations of international flights that we did not book;
- loss of, or damage to, personal belongings, unless caused by our fault.
Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the price of the service concerned, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
11Force majeure
Neither party is liable for failing to perform its obligations because of events beyond its reasonable control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, the closure of roads, airports or monuments, or decisions of public authorities. In such cases, we work with you to find the best available solution.
12Personal data and photographs
We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We never publish photographs of our travellers without their consent.
13Complaints
If something does not meet your expectations during the journey, please tell your driver, your guide or us straight away, so that we can put it right on the spot. Any complaint after the journey should be sent in writing to contact@moroccotravelleaders.com within 30 days of your return, and we will reply as quickly as possible.
14Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, we will first look for an amicable solution with you. Failing that, the competent courts of Marrakech will have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you hold as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.
