Morocco Travel Leaders is a luxury travel company based in Morocco, dedicated to curating exceptional, personalized travel experiences throughout the Kingdom of Morocco and beyond.
Definitions
“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to Morocco Travel Leaders. “Client”, “You”, or “Your” refers to the person or entity making a booking or using our services. “Services” refers to all travel-related services offered by Morocco Travel Leaders, including but not limited to guided tours, inspirational journeys, art gallery tours, real estate consultancy, accommodation arrangements, and transportation. “Booking” refers to any confirmed reservation made through our website, email, phone, or any other communication channel.
Bookings & Reservations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Morocco Travel Leaders. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation from us and payment of the required deposit. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion. Clients must ensure that all personal information provided at the time of booking is accurate and up to date. Any changes to booking details must be communicated to us in writing as soon as possible.
Payment Terms
A deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the commencement of your journey. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments must be made in the currency specified in your booking confirmation. Morocco Travel Leaders accepts bank transfers, major credit cards, and other payment methods as specified during the booking process. Prices quoted are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Morocco Travel Leaders. The following cancellation fees apply: More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit only. Between 30 and 60 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost. Between 15 and 30 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost. Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total trip cost (no refund). Morocco Travel Leaders strongly recommends that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events. In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, natural disasters, government restrictions), Morocco Travel Leaders will offer alternative travel dates or a credit note at its sole discretion.
Changes to Bookings
Clients may request changes to their confirmed bookings in writing. Morocco Travel Leaders will endeavor to accommodate such requests, subject to availability and any additional costs incurred. We reserve the right to make necessary modifications to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control (weather conditions, local events, safety concerns, etc.) while maintaining the same quality and standard of experience. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be due unless the modification results in a significant reduction in the quality of services.
Travel Documents & Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents, including passports (valid for at least six months beyond the travel dates), visas, and any other permits required for entry into Morocco or any other destination included in their itinerary. Morocco Travel Leaders cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses, or denied entry resulting from inadequate or invalid travel documents. Clients must also ensure they meet all health and vaccination requirements applicable to their destination and comply with all local laws and customs during their stay in Morocco.
Health, Safety & Insurance
Morocco Travel Leaders prioritizes the safety and well-being of all clients throughout their journey. We work exclusively with trusted, experienced local guides, licensed drivers, and vetted accommodation providers. However, travel inherently involves certain risks, and Morocco Travel Leaders shall not be liable for any personal injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings during the trip. It is mandatory that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure, covering medical expenses, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability. Proof of insurance may be requested at the time of booking confirmation.
Liability & Limitation
Morocco Travel Leaders acts as an organizer and intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, local guides, galleries, etc.). While we take every precaution to select reliable partners, we cannot be held liable for any acts, omissions, negligence, or defaults of third-party suppliers. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the services in question. Morocco Travel Leaders shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.
Privacy & Data Protection
Morocco Travel Leaders is committed to protecting your personal data. Any information collected during the booking process is used solely for the purpose of organizing your travel experience and communicating with you regarding your trip. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver our services (e.g., hotels, transport providers) or as required by law. Intellectual Property
All content on the Morocco Travel Leaders website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and itineraries, is the exclusive property of Morocco Travel Leaders and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Morocco Travel Leaders.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If such negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Modifications to Terms & Conditions
Morocco Travel Leaders reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on our website.
